Need Help Using Tofino?

We're here for you.  We want your auction to be a resounding success, and our policy is to do everything we can to make sure you can make it so.  We have extensive online documentation, we conduct regular web-based training sessions, and we provide unlimited free email support. When you have a question:

  1. See whether the answer is in our online documentation.  It's at http://wiki.tofinoauctions.com/ and our support team adds new articles to it frequently. Please note that this is the only support available to free trial users.
  2. If the answer isn't there, and you have upgraded to a paid account, please use the form below to contact our support team - include the name of your organization, please, and the url of your event site. We'll answer you within 24 hours, usually less.  We know volunteers work irregular hours, so we do too - nights, weekends, the dinner hour - you name it, one of us is on duty, and will get back to you quickly.
  3. If your event is today or tomorrow, you will have received a cellphone number for your Personal Tofino Representative, and you should feel free to use it.  Event night is no time to have to wait for emails.
