Pricing Options

1) Tofino Auctions - standard subscription

Our core product is a year-long subscription to the Tofino Auctions service.  During that time, you can use the software to help you run as many fundraising events for your school as you'd like.  You can combine gala auctions, online auctions, point-of-sale events (art sales, bake sales, etc.) as you wish, and get the benefit of the online ticket-sales function for those and other events (drama productions, etc.)

Pricing for your first year is $995.  Subsequent years are $795 - you lock in this rate for at least 5 years, as long as you keep renewing the service. (We do not ask you to sign long-term contracts. If you don't like our service, or find another one you like better, it should be easy for you to leave. We'll take on the challenge of keeping you happy enough that you don't want to leave.)

You can also earn a FREE renewal year for every three organizations you refer to us who become paying customers. 

2) Tofino Auctions - single event

If you do not plan to run multiple fundraising events during the year, and do not need the online ticket-selling capability of Tofino Auctions, we also sell a single-event license for $695. We set you up to run one of the following types of fundraiser: online auction, gala auction, or point-of-sale event. This license does not allow for use of the online registration module - your volunteers will need to enter ticket sales into your database through the standard Tickets function.

If you purchase a single-event license, then wish to upgrade to a standard subscription later on, you have the option to do so for $325. You have to exercise this option within 6 months of the purchase date of your single-event license. You can also earn a FREE upgrade to a standard subscription for every three organizations you refer to us who become paying customers. 

3) Tofino Auctions - limited single-event

If you only need to track your procurement items and produce print materials for a small silent auction, you can purchase a limited, single-event license to use the Tofino Auctions procurement-database and printing functions for $295.  This will not allow you access to the Auction Night, Credit-Card Processing, Reporting, Online Auction, Point-of-Sale, or Online Ticket-Sales functions.

If you purchase this limited single-event license, then wish to upgrade to a regular single-event license later on, you have the option to do so for $425. You may also upgrade to a standard subscription for $725. You have to exercise either option within 6 months of the purchase date of your limited single-event license.You can also earn a FREE upgrade to a limited single-event license for every three organizations you refer to us who become paying customers.
